yesterday i was too lazy to blog about the malay music thing..so i'm blogging about it today..
firstly, we were the first school to arrive at Jurongville sec and somemore we arrived about 30 minutes earlier..haisss...
but the worst part was that all of the sota students were like so called "tricked" into the 13 groups and 1 sota student was in 1 group..
i was in group 2 and i made a few friends..their names are Aisyah, Syahira,(and their two other friends)(they are all from Jurongville sec) Maslinda, Joey(from Loyang sec), 3 other boys from Bedok View sec whose name i don't know, and two girls from madrasah aljuined..
there were fun activities related to trust(that's what the host said) and i especially liked when the different school performed using the angklung, box drum etc..
Jurongville sec was the first school to perform but i forgot to take a picture..anyway, the two songs that they performed were really good(:
then it was followed by the other schools..
Madrasah Aljuined:
they were really good even though it was their first time performing using angklung!Loyang sec:
this girl is seriously good(:National Junior College:
they didn't even have any music scores and yet their performance was sooooo nice!
finally, Bedok View sec:
i like their first song the best!!! me and zunnur agreed that the one playing the box drum was seriously good!!!oh ya..there was no performancce from sota so all of us got to be the audience for the entire performance..haha
and during lunch time, all of the other schools were like rehearsing and rehearsing while we were practically slacking(;
^^ that was the best part..haha
overall, i really enjoyed myself A LOT and i really hope that there will be something like this again(:
