on friday i had to help out for the AYG booth thingy at swisshotel.
it wasn't boring AT ALL but it was quite tiring though, cause there were only two chairs and six of us (including the teacher).
there weren't a lot of athletes and i guess it's cause it's the semi finals or finals for most sports.
but we still get to meet them, though.
i was sooo nervous when the President of Olympic Counsell Association came.
there were so many press (photographers) there.
but we continued with our duties and told him about our booth.
then we gave him a card to write whatever he wanted on it and it was in arabic.
luckily i learn arab in my religious class, or else, we wouldn't know which way to place the card.
there were two other VIPs who came from Rio. they also came to our booth and we talked to them. so cool.
mrs chew and the vp came to see our booth too.
made new friends from different schools too. but the people from bedok south sec were the best.
their booth was next to us so they kept on coming to our booth to play this game.
one of the girls was from haig girls' and when she asked which primary school i was from, then she siad, no wonder i look familiar to her. heh.
the guys were the irritating ones. haha. but all of them are very friendly..that's why it wasn't boring(:
hope i can meet them again. hehe.
that's all for now.
